A Blankie for Charlie!

I have been knitting this blanket for sometime now...and I guess its taken so long because its summer. Its so hard to knit in the heat. Plus there is so much to do! This is a blanket for Charlie, my friend Ling is having a baby and I will present her with this blanket at her baby shower. I have some left over yarn so I might make some booties or a small hat.

I really love this border... its just a simple seed stitch but it makes the blanket look so cute! I have an other friend who is also preggers and I plan to make a blankie for her baby as well, maybe next time I will try something more complicated.
